Easy to use, appears to be great quality. I haven't tried it on a car window yet, but I did try it on the provided sample glass, and it worked well. I haven't cut any seat belts, but from the looks of the blade, I don't have any reason to doubt it.

Without this tool you may be trapped in your car with nothing to break the safety glass. With this tool it will allow to to break the glass and escape to safety in seconds. Well worth the small investment!

This item is very powerful. A small and compact, and can be placed in a purse or anywhere inside of the vehicle. I love the fact that it comes with an adhesive so you can mount it in a place that you can reach it easily. Or you can easily place it within the armrest. It also comes with a small piece of glass so you can do a test run and know how to operate it. It truly does work I will be purchasing more of these as gifts.
